Store & products

PixelShelf sells digital goods (files, templates, or similar). Items are licensed for your own business or personal use unless otherwise stated. Redistribution or resale of our files is not allowed without written permission.

Orders & delivery

After payment you will receive email messages with your receipt and instructions to access your purchase. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure and for downloading files before any stated expiry date.

Refunds

Because products are digital, refunds are generally not offered once files have been delivered, except where required by law or at our discretion for technical failure on our side.

Liability

Our templates and kits are provided “as is” without warranties beyond what the law requires. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the materials.
